Ini Daftar Pialang Ilegal yang Diblokir Bappebti

Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi (Bappebti) Kementerian Perdagangan (Kemendag) memblokir 80 domain situs entitas yang melakukan transaksi tanpa izin. Pialang itu beroperasi tanpa mengantongi izin dari Bappebti dan banyak merugikan masyarat.

Pada bulan Maret 2020 ini Bappebti mencatat 80 pilang yang beroperasi ilegal. Secara kumulatif, jumlah pialang ilegal yang telah diblokir Bappebti hingga Maret 2020 mencapai 103 domain situs.

Kepala Bappebti Tjahya Widayanti mengatakan pengawasan dan pemantauan terhadap penawaran investasi di bidang Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi (PBK) terus diperketat, meski saat ini berada di tengah pandemi Covid-19.

“Masyarakat harus tetap dilindungi dari kegiatan ilegal di bidang PBK yang berpotensi merugikan,” tegas Tjahya.

Menurut Tjahya, pemblokiran situs bertujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat bahwa konten situs entitas ilegal tersebut melanggar undang-undang. Dengan demikian, masyarakat dapat berhati-hati dan waspada terhadap segala bentuk penawaran investasi.
